The learnership programme is a structured learning experience that runs for 24 months. The first 12 months involve training on-the-job with an employer whilst the second 12 months are spent studying towards a recognised qualification such as CFA Level 1 or 2 examination through our educational partners Wits Business School and Stellenbosch University.
