Coca Cola offer learnerships in fields such as financial management, retail, information technology, marketing and logistics. These programmes combine work experience with theoretical knowledge, making learning more effective. A matric certificate and N3 qualification are the minimum requirements for these learnerships; you should also have a technical qualification appropriate to the field for which you are applying.

Successful applicants receive training throughout the duration of their learnership contract, as well as remuneration in the form of a meal allowance and monthly stipend. Participants also have their exam fees paid for by Coca Cola-Femca, who also assist with career opportunities after the programme has been completed. Learnerships are usually only open to South African citizens or permanent residents of South Africa

Learning programmes offered by the Coca ColaFemca consist of learning opportunities in the field of financial management, retail, information technology, marketing and logistics.

The learnership programme is a structured learning experience that runs for 24 months. The first 12 months involve training on-the-job with an employer whilst the second 12 months are spent studying towards a recognised qualification such as CFA Level 1 or 2 examination through our educational partners Wits Business School and Stellenbosch University.

Requirments

  • Be a South African citizen or permanent resident;
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old; and
  • Have an N3 qualification (Grade 12) with Maths/Science Subject(s), OR
  • Have a matric certificate with Maths/Science Subjects, OR
  • Have a technical qualification appropriate to the field for which you are applying
