Kingsway Place is situated on Kingsway, just off the main road but only a short walk from the city centre and University campus.

The location makes it ideal for students of all disciplines and means that they can easily access both the university and shops, bars and restaurants within minutes.

The nearest supermarket is Tesco Extra which is located just over half a mile away in Fenton Street at the foot of Hope Street. From our doors you will be able to reach this on foot in less than 10 minutes.

If you fancy going out for a drink then there are plenty of pubs nearby with many offering food as well as drinks including Yates Wine Lodge, Slug & Lettuce, Bar Risa & Cloudwater Brewery Taproom just to name a few!

Kingsway Place offers both single study bedrooms and shared flats. The difference between the two is that in a single study bedroom, you will be sharing your kitchen and bathroom with one other student. In a shared flat, there will be between 4 and 6 other students with whom you share your kitchen, bathroom and lounge area.

The average price of a single study bedroom at Kingsway Place Student Accommodation is £160 per week. The average price for a shared flat is £150 per week.
