If you are on campus and have access to a university Wi-Fi network then you can go ahead and sign in using your username and password. You can also use a free public Wi-Fi network by signing into it with your username and password.

Check your email for a message from NSFAS that contains a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email provided by NSFAS to generate new temporary password. You will then be logged into your account as usual with this temporary password

Once you have clicked on this option, a box will pop up asking for your student number and email address.

If you do not know your student number or cannot find your email, please do not continue with this process.

After submitting these details, check your email inbox as well as your spam inbox for an email that directs you on how to reset your password. If the email is not in either inbox, try again and make sure that you are connected to the internet.
