First Name:

• Your first name is required. For example, if your full name is David James Smith, enter David in the First Name field. However, if your full name is John F. Smith Jr., you must enter John F. in the First Name field to avoid confusion with other applicants who may have similar first names such as Mary Ann or Michael.*

You must be a resident of South Dakota to receive your tuition waiver. If you are not currently a resident of South Dakota, but have been one for at least two consecutive years prior to applying for Free State’s Tuition Waiver Program, please select “RESIDENT.”

If you are not currently a resident of South Dakota and have NEVER been one in the past, please select “NON-RESIDENT.”
