Entrepreneurship may be defined as opportunity recognition and entrepreneurship development. Entrepreneurial spirit is characterized by innovativeness, risk-taking; seeking out change and opportunities for growth; being flexible and resilient in the face of obstacles; having persistence to overcome challenges; taking calculated risks; having passion for learning new skills that could help achieve success. Entrepreneurship also requires leadership ability with strong communication skills in order to sell ideas or products into the market place while building effective teams that can achieve common goals.
